is the first voice customers hear and the reason jobs get on the schedule. We set the tone, build trust, and create a seamless experience before our Junk Crews ever arrive on site.

Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative for our Junk division, you'll handle inbound calls from customers looking to remove unwanted items. Your role is to gather details, understand what needs to be collected, and schedule free on-site estimates for our Junk Crews.
This is not cold calling, customers are already reaching out for help. Your job is to ask the right questions, set clear expectations, and confidently book appointments that set our operations teams up for success.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced conversations, problem-solving, and turning calls into booked appointments.

What You'll Do
Answer inbound calls from customers requesting junk removal services
Ask targeted questions to understand what items need to be removed
Educate customers on the junk removal process and what to expect during a free estimate
Schedule on-site estimates for Junk Crews with accuracy and urgency
Confirm appointment details and ensure a smooth handoff to Operations
Document customer information clearly in CRM and scheduling systems
Follow up when needed to confirm appointments or answer questions
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including:

Compensation & Benefits
$18/hour base pay
Tiered bonus structure based on performance
Total annual compensation: $55,000-$60,000
