We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as

Customer Service and Sales Representatives

. In this role, you'll represent wireless and in-home service providers inside a retail setting. Your primary focus will be assisting customers, explaining available products and promotions, and guiding them toward the best solutions for their needs--all while meeting personal and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers in a professional and approachable manner Provide information on products, features, and current promotions Assist customers with service activations, upgrades, and changes Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and updates Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Must be 18 years of age or older (per state requirements) Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is helpful but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable engaging with customers in a busy retail environment Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment

This is an

in-store, customer-facing sales position

inside a major retailer located in Grand Rapids and/or the greater area. No telemarketing or door-to-door sales involved

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $17-$22 per hour, paid weekly Performance-based bonuses and

uncapped commission opportunities
