Duties



Greet customers warmly via phone, email, or in person, establishing a positive rapport from the first interaction Assist customers with inquiries about products and services, providing detailed information and solutions tailored to their needs Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, promote new products, or gather customer feedback Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications Support client services by resolving issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support analysis and continuous improvement efforts Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle diverse customer inquiries professionally Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience Utilize analysis skills to identify opportunities for upselling or improving service delivery based on customer data

Qualifications



Proven experience in call center roles or customer support positions is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus Strong bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client bases effectively Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell products or services confidently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Strong typing skills for efficient documentation of customer interactions Knowledge of call center etiquette, phone etiquette, and professional demeanor during all interactions Analysis skills to interpret customer data for insights that improve service quality and sales strategies
