Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery. Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales . Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Ability to analyze information critically and provide solutions based on customer needs. Experience in cash handling is a plus but not mandatory. Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
