Position Overview



We're seeking an enthusiastic

Customer Service Sales Representative

to join our team. In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized brands inside a major retail store, assisting customers with product selections and service options. Your focus will be on providing outstanding customer support while driving sales through consultative conversations.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Engage with shoppers to identify their needs and recommend suitable wireless or in-home services Educate customers about current promotions and service features Process sales, upgrades, and service changes using internal systems Achieve individual and team sales goals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions Adhere to all company guidelines and compliance standards

Qualifications



Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus--but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail environment Ability to stand for long periods and interact face-to-face with customers Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Work Environment



This is an

in-person sales position,
