What You'll Do:

Engage with Customers:

Greet customers with a friendly attitude and guide them through wireless options that match their unique needs.

Promote Products & Services:

Use your knowledge of mobile technology to explain plans, features, and promotions, ensuring customers make informed decisions.

Sales Success:

Meet personal and team sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Assist with Account Management:

Help customers with account setup, service changes, and upgrades, ensuring they have everything they need.

Team Collaboration:

Work with your team to keep everything running smoothly, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
