Duties
Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport to foster trust and loyalty
Handle inbound customer inquiries with clarity and confidence, providing accurate information about products, services, and policies
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, promote new offerings, and gather feedback to enhance service delivery
Assist customers with their needs by offering tailored solutions and upselling relevant products or services to meet their goals
Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing, maintaining integrity and attention to detail
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions to ensure a professional customer experience
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality
Skills
Multilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages enhances communication with diverse clientele
Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and persuade customers effectively
Excellent customer support skills combined with active listening to understand client needs thoroughly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer skills for data management
