Your Role

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be the face of Euro Lux Auto--delivering the white-glove experience our luxury clientele expects. Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting customers with professionalism and warmth Understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations Delivering a consultative sales experience from first contact to delivery Presenting and demonstrating luxury pre-owned vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, and more) Managing leads and following up to build long-term relationships Ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the process Collaborating with management to maximize opportunities and improve service quality Meeting and exceeding sales and service goals

What We're Looking For

Customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide a polished, luxury-focused customer experience Positive, professional appearance and demeanor Driven, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Availability to work evenings and weekends when needed A team player with ambition to grow your career and income
