About us

Texas Hill Country Vape and Smoke Shop is a rapdily expanding vape, smoke and cannabis shop. We have 6 locations in Austin and surrounding areas. Our shops are all unique with a fun and chill vibe. Our shops have pool and/or shuffleboard tables, big screen TVs, and a live glass blowing studio where we produce our own brand of glass (THC Glass Co.).

Starting pay is $9.00 an hour during training

PLUS

generous tips averaging an additional $5-$15 an hour! Training is typically 1 month. After training, hourly rate is $10 an hour

PLUS

$5-$15 an hour in tips on average. Overtime is allowed and pays time!

A bonus/commission structure is also in place for those representatives that achieve their sales goals and quotas!

Starting pay is negotiable if you have experience working in the vape and smoke shop retail industry. Management opportunities are possible after you have proven yourself as a successful sales representative.

Texas Hill Country Vape and Smoke Shop is looking for part time and full time inside sales representatives. We have openings at our two South Austin stores (one near Belterra and the other at 1826 and Nutty Brown Road) and in Bee Cave, as well as our Van location located on 6th st.

1 year experience and/or knowledge in the vape, smoke and/or cannabis industry and 1 year experience in retail sales, customer service and cashiering is preferred. Reliable transportation a must. Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities:

This is a sales position where sales goals and sales quotas will need to be achieved to maintain employment. Bonuses available for those that meet sales goals and quotas. As part of your sales responsibilities, you will:

Greet customers in a friendly and personable manner. Maintain professionalism to solve all customer related issues. Understand and explain our products and the benefits to customers and make suggestions based on their needs. Work through multiple daily checklists(opening and closing, petty cash, cleaning). Work on daily inventory counts by taking products out of the cases and off of the shelves, counting inventory and reporting numbers to the appropriate manager. Read and respond to texts in a timely manner and/or answer phone calls from management and follow through with any projects assigned for the day. Replenish stock levels, rotate products and keep cases and shelves clean, organized and presentable.
