As a Customer Service/Sales Rep, you will be the face of our company, helping customers with their internet, tv, and cell phone needs and promoting our services to potential clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries about our services and products
Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Actively promote RTA of Iowa's services to increase sales
Maintain a positive attitude and customer-oriented approach at all times
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales acumen and ability to meet sales targets
Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
