Dispatcher/Customer Service
Provide communications and support services to the operations of I-70 Towing & Recovery. Gather essential information from callers and dispatch the appropriate response to the scene, must be able to take control of situations that may be chaotic, stressful, confusing, and frenzied. Must be organized, adept at multi-tasking, level-headed, and trustworthy. Maybe exposed to high pressure situations.
Knowledge of vehicles and transportation is helpful.
Must be able to multi task, and have great customer service.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive, general office equipment (multi-line phone, fax, copier).
Minimum of High School diploma required.
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service
