We're seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy individual to handle customer service and assist with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding ways to make processes faster and more efficient -- especially through the use of AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (Approx. 50%)
Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
Resolve order issues (address changes, returns, exchanges, etc.)
Track and follow up on open customer inquiries
Communicate with warehouse and fulfillment teams
Maintain high customer satisfaction and brand professionalism
Implement and utilize AI tools
(automations, chatbots, canned responses) to improve response time and accuracy
Proactively look for ways to expedite customer interactions
Pick products from inventory to fulfill customer orders
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a team environment
No previous warehouse experience required; training provided
Pack orders securely and accurately for shipment
Prepare and label packages for shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with restocking shelves and inventory management
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Tech-savvy with interest in AI and automation tools
Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, ShipHero, or QuickBooks is a plus
Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
