Boulevard Home is looking for a friendly individual to join our Guest Services team at our St. George store. Being able to communicate effectively with our customers and team members will help you be successful in this position. You will be assisting customers over the phone as well as in person on a daily basis when taking payments, writing up sales, and answering questions.

Skills Needed:



You will need to have strong phone and communication skills as you work with our guests and team members on a daily basis with purchases and answering questions. You must have a basic knowledge of clerical/cashier skills as you will be writing up sales and taking payments from guests on a daily basis. 10-key skills is a plus but not required. You will need to have good computer skills as you will be looking up customers accounts and doing various other duties on our inventory system during your entire shift. Other programs you will need to become familiar with is Paylocity, Discord, Gmail, Google Drive, general knowledge of windows and having a knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets would be helpful. Having good customer service skills will be key in this position to help you take care of our guests and provide them with a positive shopping experience. As well as maintaining knowledge of our current promotions to better help our guests when purchasing their items. You will need to be friendly, reliable, and will need to be able to work in a team atmosphere. At times this position will require you to travel to our Cedar City, Las Vegas and Mesquite locations to support their guest services Team Member. This will require you to have a valid drivers license and may at times require your own transportation if a company vehicle is not available.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position working Monday - Saturday with Sunday and another day off during the week. You will need to be able to work an 8 hour shift from 10am-7pm with an hour lunch break.

Salary:

$16 per hour
