Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Tanning Consultant. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Duties:
- Assist customers with great service, reliable, energetic, a people person, able to explain and sell our services and products to our customers To fit their needs.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Knowledge of sanitate procedures is a plus
