Customer Service - Swing Shift

You can work an alternate schedule, only working 26 weeks/year, but getting paid for 52! This schedule runs 12 hours/day 7 days on and 7 days off, 10am to 10pm Monday - Thursday, 9am to 9pm Friday, 8:30am to 8:30pm Saturday - Sunday. What You'll Do On a Typical Day

Provide reliable support to brokerage, tracking, admin, and approvals teams. Backup support may be needed if we are down a person Bid on loads consistently using the DAT quick rate lookup tool Track the shipments won based on the sales code and rate The person who bid the won load should have their name as the CSR in LME Update ETAs and relay time-sensitive information using Trucker Tools, Text Locate, and RingCentral. Field calls from various phone queues, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance. Maintain professional communication with carriers, dispatchers, and drivers on behalf of the company. Act as a central point of coordination by relaying updates and solutions between carriers and internal teams. Other duties as assigned
