Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service support to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of inquiries in the business services industry. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions professionally and contribute to maintaining a high standard of service.
This position will be responsible to support project related activities with global Hexcel locations and functions and will be responsible for the following:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and practices.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and build strong client relationships.

A successful Customer Service Support should have:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of the business services industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in use of ERP systems preferred.
