MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates Degree in Business Administration


5 - 7 years of Administrative experience


5 - 7 years of experience in Customer Services Management


5 - 7 years of Supervisory experience required


Microsoft computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS OfficeOutlook)


Navajo speaking is preferred


Valid Driver's License required (subject to motor vehicle record review)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

Directs and supervises the work order process to ensure prompt and proper completion, includes review of the field surveys and cost estimates.


Monitors, reviews and oversees customer inquiries and/or request and ensures adequate and proper services are provided.


Manages, supervises and schedules employee by establishing performance goals, allocates resources and assesses policies for direct subordinates, including selection, training, performance appraisal and work allocation.


Ensures customer contacts are initiated to review, monitor, and /or assess circumstances and situations relative to utility services.


Formulates Service programs to educate customers on management of their homes and buildings, including efficient operation and maintenance of utilities.


Assesses day to day activities to ensure improvement.


Represents NTUA at meeting with customers, consultants, contractors and other outside agencies at special projects sites and update meetings.


Recommends corrective services to resolve customer complaints.


Develops and recommends departmental policies, procedures, and programs to ensure departmental effectiveness.


Directs the preparation and maintenance of department reports. Prepares periodic reports as required.


Supervises cashiering activities, including the examination of accounts payable invoices. Ensures the appropriate allocation of cash balances.


Performs periodic internal audits on cash receipts and petty cash funds.


Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
