We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team. Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their performance and professional development.
Manage daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Facilitate effective communication between team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact, utilizing negotiation skills to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing training sessions for existing staff to enhance their skills in customer service and sales techniques.
Prepare reports on team performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and operational efficiency for management review.
Skills
Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a customer service environment.
Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficient in analysis skills to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions based on findings.
Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts amicably while maintaining customer satisfaction.
