Registered Agents Legal Services, LLC provides a comprehensive range of incorporation and corporate filing services to entrepreneurs, legal and accounting firms nationwide. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to analyze information effectively. This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring that all inquiries are handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Specialist will be responsible for:

*Client Support-Providing customer service to new and existing corporate clients.

*Corporate Filings-Preparing and filing corporate documents in all jurisdictions.

*Document Retrieval-researching corporate status and pulling various state documents in all jurisdictions.

*Collaborate with team members in an office environment to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
