Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Specialist to support our North American sales team. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of customer service, operations, and sales coordination -- ensuring that our sales reps have the most up-to-date product and inventory information, that our sales platforms are updated accurately and on time, and that wholesale orders are processed in a timely and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for our sales reps -- responding to information requests, managing updates, and ensuring smooth communication.
Maintain and distribute up-to-date sales materials (price lists, samples, product sheets, inventory updates) to internal teams and external partners.
Ensure the accuracy and timely update of our B2B sales platforms (Faire, Market Time) including uploading new products, pricing, and availability.
Enter and process incoming orders and customer data while ensuring data accuracy across internal systems.
Organize, prioritize, and manage tasks and support tickets; respond to voicemails and emails; provide professional and timely written and verbal communication with wholesale customers, sales reps, and partners.
Support the preparation of sales presentations, line sheets, seasonal launches, and email communications.

Who You Are:
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, sales admin, or sales coordination required, preferably in Retail business.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks.
Comfort with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with wholesale platforms or ERP systems a plus.
Experience with SAP is strongly preferred.
