What You'll Do

As a

Customer Service Specialist

, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and an essential part of keeping daily operations running smoothly. You'll:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and care Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain accurately Process billing and payments for grain and agronomy products Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate records Support day-to-day office operations such as filing, mail processing, and inventory reconciliation Partner with internal teams to solve problems and ensure a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

A friendly communicatorwho enjoys working with people Strong attention to detailand ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment Comfortable using computers and learning new software High school diploma or equivalent required Prior customer service or office experience preferred (agriculture experience is a plus but not required)
