Job Description
Material Handling Innovations is seeking a customer service expert to interact with clients, and technicians to initiate and complete service work. Duties Include:
- Respond to emails and phone calls from clients
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain replacement parts for work required
- Manage a schedule for a team of technicians
- Provide quotes, invoices, and other deliverables to clients over email
