As part of our Farmers Insurance agency, you'll build strong relationships with customers, assist with their insurance needs, and contribute to new business growth. Were seeking someone who is friendly, dependable, and motivated to succeed whether you're already licensed or eager to become licensed (well help with that!).

Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Requirements

Minimum one (1) year of customer service or sales experience in a professional office setting or retail environment is required. Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required. Familiar with multiple computer platforms (Windows, Google, etc.) is required Previous insurance, real estate or banking industry experience highly preferred. Active Oregon P&C or Life/Health Producer License is highly preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

What You'll Do Daily:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and claims Identify opportunities to offer additional products that meet customer needs Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate new business Maintain accurate client records and follow agency processes
