Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Resource to join our team in Salt Lake City Utah. This temporary position in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational efficiency.

  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to address concerns and provide solutions.
  • Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes.

A successful Customer Service Resource should have:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
