Description:
Seeking a friendly Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Teller at our Carlinville branch to open all types of deposit accounts and process customer transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong face-to-face customer service skills. Prior banking experience is preferred but not required. Must have a sincere commitment to exceptional customer service. This role requires computer skills and the ability to master bank software. The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, present a professional appearance, have high-quality written and verbal communication skills, and be able to match customers' needs to the bank's products and services.

The successful candidate will possess a High School diploma or general education degree (GED); one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The typical full-time schedule is 5 days per week, 37-40 hours, including Saturdays on a rotating basis.
