Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting directly with our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure they have a positive experience with our garage door products and services. This is a crucial role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate and helpful information about our garage door products, services, and pricing.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing.
Troubleshoot common garage door issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
Schedule service appointments for repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Work closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns with a positive and empathetic approach.
Identify upselling opportunities and offer additional products or services when appropriate.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or similar software.
Knowledge of garage door products and services is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
