CSR/Scheduler/Receptionist

We are an established family and locally operated HVAC company with an excellent reputation for our customer service and we are looking to add to our team. We are looking someone with a Peppy personality to be the first point of contact when someone calls into our company! Must be good with people, a good team player, and enjoy helping others!

The following qualities are requirements in order to be considered for the job:

Responsible and accountable person that has great communication skills and works well with others. Team player with a positive attitude that will be encouraging to others. Polite and well spoken. Organized and able to follow checklists and be self motivated. Computer literate and able to multitask when needed. Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background test. We use the Service Titan as our software, so experience in the software is a plus but not a must.

Job duties include:

Answering the phone and scheduling jobs Responding to text messages from customers Completing daily, weekly, and monthly checklists Helping customers and directing them to the correct person in the company to speak with Using our computer software to keep the company organized and on track

Compensation package:

After 60 days of employment:

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
