Job Description

The primary responsibility is providing clear and friendly communication with clients, and performing daily tasks assigned by the manager on duty.

AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, and weekend availability is a must. Computer and gaming knowledge is a must. Experience with newer gaming systems including handheld consoles is requirement of this position. You must demonstrate the ability to factory reset lap-top computers, and remove the administrator. You will be trained for and expected to evaluate hard goods and jewelry for purchase and/or collateral loan purposes. At least one year of Pawnbroker, Electronics Store experience or Jewelry Store experience is preferred. Must be able to make on the spot decisions and be willing to constantly learn and apply new areas of knowledge daily . All employees are responsible for typical retail responsibilities including organizing the sales floor, performing audits, greeting customers, and helping managers prepare inventory for sale.

Sales Commission is paid based on gross profit from your individual sales AFTER completing a probationary period. You must complete your 180 probation period in order to make sales.

Monthly Bonus awarded to pawnbroker who performs the most loan transactions per hour every month. 180 day probationary review and 1 year review are first opportunities for merit based pay raise. Small CASH bonuses are also available.
