What You'll Do
Answer and return calls, emails, and online messages quickly and professionally
Help customers find the right equipment and guide them through the rental process
Follow up on quotes and warm leads to close sales
Track calls and conversations in our CRM system
Resolve customer issues calmly and efficiently
Work with our sales team to identify upsell or repeat-business opportunities
What You Need
Clear, professional spoken and written English (Spanish is a plus)
Strong typing skills -- 60+ WPM preferred
Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable on Zoom or phone-based sales calls
Confident negotiation and communication skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred
Attention to detail and follow-through
