As a Customer Service Representative, you are the bridge between Frontier and the local customer base during in-person sales interactions. Through direct conversation with consumers, you are able to effectively answer questions, solve service hiccups, and make sure sales actions run smoothly. We'll train you up on everything you need to know, from Frontier's offerings to handling customer conversations with confidence.
