Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our software and other data entry tools Process transactions such as cash handling and credit cards when necessary Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy while adhering to company policies Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and streamline processes Ensure excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are maintained at all times

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in customer support or call center environments is a plus Ability to perform record keeping (data entry) accurately and efficiently Excellent phone etiquette with outbound calling experience preferred Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions Ability to handle cash transactions when required Proficient typing skills with attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
