Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client services and support. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document interactions and generate reports as needed. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery. Process cash handling transactions accurately when required.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage, particularly in English and other languages. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an ability to upsell products or services when appropriate. Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions for customers.
