Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in the fuel industry. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling account inquiries, fuel orders, billing questions, and service requests. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that supports fuel delivery, cardlock services, and fuel account management.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and messages regarding account information, delivery schedules, billing, and fuel services. Enter fuel delivery orders, monitor delivery schedules, and follow up with dispatch and logistics to ensure timely service. Assist customers with setting up new accounts, updating contact information, and making changes to delivery or payment preferences. Answer questions related to invoices, fuel pricing, charges, and payment status. Coordinate with accounting to resolve billing issues. Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and communications. Investigate and resolve customer concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally. Ensure customers are informed about compliance-related documentation, such as fuel certifications, or reporting requirements. Work closely with the dispatch, sales, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Perform additional administrative or support tasks to meet department goals and customer needs. Crosstrain to assist with F & L operations.

Required Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred. 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the fuel, energy, transportation, or logistics industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or other software systems. Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to support a diverse customer base. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong client relationships. Professional and friendly communication across multiple channels (phone, email, in-person). Comfortable using digital tools and systems to manage accounts and customer data. Able to shift priorities quickly and remain calm under pressure. Works well with others to meet company and customer goals.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
