Customer Service & Order Specialist

Full-time | Utica, NY | Family-owned, growing company

Schedule

Mon-Fri:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Rotating Saturdays:

every 3rd week,

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Overtime:

available during busy periods

What you'll do

Learn on the job--no prior industry experience required Write up online, paper, and in-showroom orders Assist customers in our showroom and at pickup Answer phones and provide friendly, knowledgeable support Create invoices and process payments Grow into preparing

custom quotes
