Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in CRM system and various other platforms
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in high-pressure environments
Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
