Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls and process customer orders. The Customer Service Representative will process and facilitate Sales Representatives and customer requests, along with providing post-order follow-up service. The Customer Service Representative will complete the daily job functions while adhering to Company Policies, Procedures and Quality Standards.
Requirements: Answer incoming calls
Process customer orders.
Process and facilitate Sales Representative and customer requests.
Provide post-order follow-up service to customers and Sales Representatives.
When necessary, assist with:
Outgoing faxes and mail.
Customer Service email.
Sales support activites.
Assist other departments as determined by Management.
