Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Administrative office tasks, including but not limited to taking payments, researching billing issues, answering calls, quoting coverage changes and following up on payments and cancellations.
- Completing policy reviews and underwriting requests.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Continuously looking for sales opportunities in the conversations had on a daily basis.
