As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Genny Noerrlinger - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Previous customer service experience preferred.
