ABOUT OUR AGENCY:



I opened my agency in January 2025 and currently have a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 4.5 years as a team member and six years working in claims for State Farm, which gave me a deep understanding of both sides of the business.



I come from a State Farm family -- my brother is also an agent. I went to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and outside of work I love fishing, playing golf, traveling, and catching sporting events. I'm also actively involved in the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Sonka - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:




Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Previous customer service experience preferred.
