ROLE DESCRIPTION:



As a customer service representative with Quin Hampton Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:




Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is a plus. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining thorough and accurate records of customers interactions and transactions. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, demonstrating a genuine heart to serve. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about insurance products, coverage options, and claims processes. Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience. Assist customers in completing applications and processing claims, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process. Follow up with customers to ensure their questions are answered and concerns are addressed, fostering lasting relationships. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and enhance service quality. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
