What will you do in your role?
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for Russell Cellular store customers, helping ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and solution focused. You'll handle an average of 60+ inbound calls a day from retail locations, provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and connect them to the right department -- all while identifying opportunities to recommend products, services, and in-store appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Answer an average of 60+ inbound calls a day from Russell Cellular retail store customers in a professional and timely manner.
Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or direct them to the appropriate department.
Promote Verizon products, services, and promotions during customer interactions.
Schedule appointments for customers to visit retail stores for product purchases or consultations.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality assurance, schedule adherence, and sales.
Adhere to company dress code standard and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, or call center environment preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, think quickly, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools.
Sales-minded with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
Must have a passion for Customer Service and the ability to demonstrate empathy and an upbeat tone
