Rack Electric is seeking a Customer Service Representative with the Preferred:
Knowledge of
Service Titan
Knowledge or experience using
Hatch messaging
Customer Service Experience
in a Trade business environment such as
Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or Generators
A
background
in Scheduling or/and
Dispatching
Customer service: 2 years in a Trade business environment. (Preferred)
Call center: 2 years of inbound/outbound phone experience (Required)
Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour based on experienceWhat we are looking for:
