Patient Support Specialist (CSR)

GoGoMeds is seeking experienced full-time Patient Support Specialist (CSR) to join our talented team.

Duties will include:

Receive, document and resolve patient inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat Build lasting relationships with patients Processing patient payments and resolve billing discrepancies Support and train peers as needed Comply with all state and federal laws Other reasonable duties as assigned by manager
Work in multiple computer systems and support multiple platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
At least 1 year of previous call center experience Previous experience in a medical office/facility Background in healthcare/ medical terminology

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma Must be available for Saturday shift rotation (every few weeks)
