Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry, and have experience in call center environments. Multilingual abilities and bilingual fluency in English and other languages are highly valued to effectively serve our diverse customer base. Duties



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details to clients Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new offerings Manage cash handling transactions when applicable with integrity and attention to detail Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and support company goals Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance

Experience



Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred and general computer skills are required. Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy is desirable
