Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Provide product information, recommendations, and order support
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
Manage and update customer orders, returns, and exchanges
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a retail/showroom setting
Maintain updated knowledge of company products and promotions
Proactively reach out to customers regarding order or shipping updates
Support basic social media and marketing efforts as needed
Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Gmail, Excel, or CRM systems (training provided)
