The Big Task




You will be the first point of contact with our customers, turning incoming calls into booked service appointments while delivering a professional, personable experience that reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities



Convert incoming customer calls into scheduled service appointments. Deliver call scripts with clarity, professionalism, and authenticity. Build rapport with customers, resolving concerns and encouraging repeat business. Maintain accurate customer information in the database. Support company reputation by handling complaints quickly and favorably. Partner with dispatch and management for smooth scheduling. Participate in training sessions to continually grow skills and improve results. Contribute to outbound calling efforts to maximize booked calls.

Proven track record in customer service. Strong communication skills: both verbal and written. Ability to type accurately and navigate phone/computer systems.
