, a locally owned company with 13 branch locations in 5 states, is currently accepting applications for the position of

Customer Service Representative

to join our Customer Care Center at our

Shared Services office located at 30 Mansell CT in Roswell, GA.

These are full-time positions with a competitive hourly rate plus bonuses and commissions. While these are not sales positions, simply making our customers aware of other services and selling incoming leads can be very lucrative. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, paid time-off and 401k.

Hours are typically 8:00 am -5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

This is a fast-paced environment with high call volume and plenty of opportunity for advancement. To be successful in this position, you will need the following

Previous Customer Service experience A desire to be helpful A clear and articulate phone voice Experience with operating systems such as Real Green, Pestpac, Salesforce, etc. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite A sense of humor Experience with suggestive selling
