Support clients with technical or product-related questions, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
Ability to perform data entry with high accuracy and typing speed.
Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and professionalism.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately if required.
