When you join Team Bynes, you can work by providing customer service in any of these industries: Banking, Financial & Tax Consultant, Energy Representative, Roadside Assistance, Resort Reservations, Cable Provider, Home Improvement, Home Warranty & Repairs, Senior Living, Senior Transportation, TeleHealth, Cruise Line Support, and Much More!

Applicant must reside in the United States Only! We are unable to work with contractors in the following states: California, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Colorado and Wisconsin.
  • Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check and voice assessment.
  • The compensation varies on the selected client. The Bynes Company contractors have earned up to $19/hr. Paid Direct Deposit.
  • As an Independent Contractor, you will be considered 1099, NOT W-2.

Requirements:
  • Willing to work 15 or more hours
  • 1+ year previous experience required
  • Equipment: personal computer (no tablet) with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, USB headset with microphone, wired house phone, wired high-speed internet (no Wi-Fi) with at least 10 MBPS, and antivirus software installed.
  • Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service across different channels (phone, chat, e-mail)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly tone and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Tech-savvy and avid computer user
