We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Y. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a passion for assisting members and the community.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist members with inquiries regarding programs, memberships, and facility information.
Handle member concerns, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary.
Promote Y programs and services to members as opportunities arise.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on member feedback and participation.
Maintain accurate member records and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
Assess member needs and recommend appropriate Y programs or services.
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, professionalism, and member confidentiality.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in English.
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with outbound calling and promoting services.
Familiarity with Y programs and membership benefits.
